In light of recent news, we wanted to reach out and share our plans for continued operations, as well as how we plan to protect the safety of our employees, vendors, and clients. We realize that the COVID-19 outbreak has likely been disruptive to your business and want to do everything we can to support you throughout this crisis.

To ensure you are supported, we have taken specific steps as part of our business continuity plan. These steps include:

  • Following the CDC’s and WHO guidelines – We are closely monitoring the situation and following the Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines for small business preparedness.
  • Protecting our employees, vendors, and clients – While we typically work in a small office environment, we do plan on working remotely until the transmission of the virus slows and social distancing recommendations are lifted.
  • Establishing remote meetings – For clients and vendors, this means all weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings that would typically be held at the office will now take place virtually via Zoom Meetings. Some of you may already be familiar with Zoom, but for those who are not, we will be hosting a Q&A session soon.
  • Providing remote work consulting – If you’re currently trying to get your workforce out of the office and working from home, or are doing so and having trouble making things run smoothly, please let us know. We’re actively working with businesses to provide guidance on software, tools, and strategies to make telecommuting work for you and your employees.

As a digital services provider, we know how important it is to maintain your business operations, and we’re here to support you and your business during these uncertain times. Please let us know if you have any questions for us or if there’s anything else we can do to help.

Best Regards,
Damien Wright
